Long community tables in a gorgeous outdoor setting in front of the stage. A 4-Course dinner menu served, fresh from our field kitchen. Includes, a charcuterie starter, summer salad, main course delicious authentic Texas BBQ smoked meats (Brisket, Pulled Pork, St Louis spare ribs) with all the side fixins and desert. Includes wine OR craft beer pourings, one pouring with each course.
